How to choose the right level for your player

While tournaments are a great way to improve your game, you want to be sure to pick the correct level. Please look below to see the official USTA New England description of the different levels. You should note that, in general, tournament level play as a whole is higher than club level or team tennis level play. An intermediate level tournament is really an advanced level of play and a beginner level tournament is an intermediate level of play.
