Longfellow NH Adult Tennis Programs
Our adult tennis programs are carefully designed by our team of professional trainers. Taking each skill level individually into consideration and how to develop a player in to the next skill level through private and group lessons. We offer programs daily and throughout the year on our indoor state of the art courts.
Clay Court Club Championships (October 9-12, 2026)

Don’t miss your chance to participate in our clay court championship. This is the perfect way to wrap up the outdoor season.
If you have any conflict notify Coach Jamey immediately and we will do our best to accommodate.
The format for play will be;
5 or fewer players in a division | Round Robin
6+ players in a division | Regular draw with consolation.
Matches will be scored with; 2 sets to 6 and no-ads.
If sets are split, a 10-point tiebreaker decides the match

F.A.S.T. (Fun Adult Starter Tennis)
This program was designed with a new player in mind. Our professional trainers will begin with preparing our community with basic knowledge of tennis terms and skills. The introduction includes the forehand, backhand, volley, overhead, serve and return.

Adult Intermediate (2.5/3.0)
Now that you’ve learned the terminology, the basic skills, and are playing games successfully, it’s now time to hone in on those skills and building techniques. Your training is now focused on stroke development and refinement for both basic and advanced skills. This training level is a great opportunity to build solid technique and learn new skills.
This program is offered (resumes Monday August 31):
Monday: 7:00pm – 8:30pm Tuesday: 10:30am – 12:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 10:30am Wednesday: 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Thursday: 10:30am – 12:00pm

Advanced (3.5+)
This training is designed for adults looking for that extra edge in their game. In this program you would have a knowledge of your game skill set and would be learning advanced tennis skills and techniques for less time is spent introducing basic strokes and core techniques will be corrected for those who may have been out of the game.

Tuesday: 9:00am – 10:30am Tuesday: 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Wednesday: 10:30am – 12:00pm Thursday: 9:00am – 10:30am
Thursday: 7:00pm – 8:30pm

Ball Machine
This is an all level clinic! Ball Machine clinic is tailored towards defining your technique and improving your consistency. This is a great opportunity to work on any habits that may be plaguing your game and help build confidence in your tennis shot.
